For any dispute, you agree to first contact us at hello@famloan.co and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally.

11.2 Formal Proceedings

If we are not able to resolve a dispute informally, any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
